It's that time of year when the procrastinators come running because they realize they have to turn a photo in by Dec. 11 to the yearbook committee. They wait too long and I reap the benefits. haha

So I just got Adobe Lightroom on my computer, finally, and I'm stoked. I haven't edited a photo for an entire year... I'm not exactly the photo-processing kind of girl, but I like having the opportunity to. So here were some attempts. Feedback is appreciated!

Yesterday I picked up my camera for the first time in a long time for a purpose other than taking pictures of drunk people at my parties.

Chelsea and I went on a small outing just as the sun was going down (which is why I didn't get very many great shots), but it was perfect, nonetheless, because it reminded me that no matter the issues I'm facing at any given time in my life, my camera is my ticket to take me away from all of that. I'm a little disappointed that I even needed to be reminded.
